Business Forum, Hall B Market-oriented production in industry and agriculture as well as the need of solving problems in the field of environmental protection and prevention of ecological risks resulted in the initiation of several R&D projects at the Mihajlo Pupin Institute - Belgrade. Innovative products will be presented such as: a) bi-manual collaborative robot for Industry 4.0, b) robotic picker with a telescopic arm for orchards, c) digital solar dryer, id) remote monitoring and air-pollution reduction system for urban environments. New devices are based on the application of robotics and automation, computer-sensor networks, modern ICT technologies and artificial intelligence. The mentioned products are developed for the regional market and are the result of the real needs of population in these areas and beyond.

Business Forum, Hall B Prispevek bo predstavil znanstveno-raziskovalne aktivnosti Fakultete za strojništvo za zeleno in trajnostno prihodnost. Pri tem se bo prispevek najprej osredotočal na samo proizvodnjo, torej kako izdelke zeleno in trajnostno proizvajati (npr. energetsko in materialno učinkovito, brez škodljivih kemikalij), nato pa se bo osredotočil na same izdelke, tj. kako je lahko izdelek zelen in trajnosten tekom svoje dobe trajanja. Posebej bo izpostavljen program GREENTECH, ki združuje najboljše znanstvene kompetence z najboljšimi industrijskimi partnerji z namenom pomoči slovenskim podjetjem pri zelenem prehodu na dveh nivojih: proizvodnega procesa in izdelkov. GREENTECH je raziskovalni program, ki bo omogočil medsebojno povezanost revolucionarnih rešitev v celotni vrednostni verigi razvojno-proizvodnega procesa – od rešitev za raziskave in razvoj, tehnoloških rešitev v proizvodnji, do rešitev za energetsko varčne naprave, ki temeljijo na materialih iz EU. Raziskovalni program bo najprej vplival na zeleni prehod v Sloveniji, nato pa bo vpliv širil na področje Evropske unije in planeta kot celote.

Business Forum, Hall B The use of industrial robots in the manufacturing world offers many benefits such as increased efficiency, improved quality, greater flexibility than other machines and lesser operating costs. However, there are several challenges that hinder their wider use: the high initial investment, lesser flexibility compared to human labor, and the lack of people with robot programming skills which is a problem for the everyday use. In this presentation we discuss in detail those challenges and we share our own experience in solving them.

Business Forum, Hall B Using compelling real-case examples from the industry (agronomy robotics and industrial production), the presentation shows some of the interestnig possibilities that computer vision has to offer today. The potentials of computer vision systems (simple or complex ones) are often neglected in developing the idea solutions or specifications due to the fact that full potential is not always straight forward, therefore either a proof-of-concept approach, or the experiance from former projects can be crucial to apply the full potential. The presentation also speaks about the balance of using AI and conventional computer vision methods, depending on the application.

Business Forum, Hall B IJS je bil kot sodelujoči partner v programu HyBReED uspešen na ARIS-ovem Javnem razpisu za sofinanciranje dolgoročnejših velikih raziskovalno-inovacijskih sodelovalnih programov na lestvici TRL 3-6. Program HyBReED koordinira Kemijski institut, v njem pa z IJS sodelujejo odseki E2, K7, K8, K9, F4, F6 in F8. V program je vključenih 15 partnerjev, od tega 10 industrijskih. Program je sofinanciran z dobrimi 3,73 milijonov evrov, trajal bo 30 mescev, začetek del pa bo 1. 1. 2024. Program HyBReED združuje vodilne nacionalne partnerje s področij vodika, baterij in industrijske tranzicije. Program sledi ciljem Evropskega zelenega dogovora, programa REPowerEU ter Okrevanja in odpornosti.

Business Forum, Hall B V PowerPoint prezentaciji bomo predstavili industrijski tiskalnik podjetja Voxeljet. Podrobno bomo predstavili njegovo vlogo in operativni nacin uporabe tiskalnika. Prav tako si bomo tudi ogledali aplikativno uporabnost printerja pescenih form za ostale aplikacije. To so pescena jedra in forme za razlicne vrste kovin kot so aluminij, bron, in jeklo. Nato bomo tudi predstavili kako poteka konstrukcija pescenih form . Predstavili bomo celotni postopek od 3D dizajna do koncne izdelave orodja kjer bomo podrobneje izpostavili kljucne lastnosti tiskalnika kot je njegova delovna povrsina in natancnost koncnih produktov.

Razvit in izdelan je bil v Nemčiji ter je certificiran za najvišje industrijske standarde. ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2 je prenosno in zanesljivo orodje za enostavno zajemanje podatkov, kjer koli je to potrebno: pri nadzoru kakovosti, vzvratnem inženiringu, vzdrževanju, popravilu ali obnovi. Z novo tehnologijo satelitskega načina, lahko skeniramo predmete v velikosti več metrov, brez potrebe po klasični vgrajeni fotogrametriji s kodiranimi oznakami. Celoten proces pa enostavno upravljamo z gumbi na skenerju, zato kontrola z računalnikom ni potrebna
